Refine PT North Alabama News!
To start, we want to let you, the Refine FAMILY, know how incredibly grateful we
are for the support and opportunity to serve you well. Without our patients sharing the
word and bringing family and friends into the fold, we would not have been able to
accomplish everything we have up to this point. As many of you know, we have had an
office in Decatur, AL led by Blake Thomas for the last couple years. As Huntsville has
grown rapidly, we wanted to move into the space and serve the larger North Alabama
region knowing there will be need for patient-centered, fitness-forward care. So, as our
company has grown, we have been able to add to the Decatur office and expand it into
what is now known as Refine PT and Performance-North Alabama allowing us to serve
Huntsville, Madison, and Decatur.
We were grateful to bring Logan and Morgan Blake to Refine North Alabama
from the Mobile office. Logan was the first hire when we moved to the Mobile area out
of our original office in Daphne. He and his family have been a part of the greater Refine
Family several years now. Logan grew up in the Huntsville area, attending Buckhorn
High School. After a decade away and a new addition of little boy to the family, it was
time for them to move home. Logan has his Masters in Exercise Science, and Morgan
has hers in Exercise Physiology as well as their Doctorates in Physical Therapy from
the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences-Austin, TX and South College,
respectively.
Logan specializes in barbell and fitness athletes and sports athletes and
has had the opportunity to work with CrossFit Games and Semi-Final athletes,
internationally and nationally ranked weightlifters and powerlifters, professional and
Division I collegiate football players, as well as Division I baseball, softball, basketball,
track and field, and cheerleading. Logan is certified in the Clinical Management of
Fitness Athletes through the Institute of Clinical Excellence and Functional Dry Needling
through Evidence in Motion.
Morgan is our pelvic floor specialist in the North Alabama
region specializing in pregnancy and post-partum moms who want to continue or begin
in the fitness journey while managing and improving the changes that come with
motherhood. She is also trained through the Institute of Clinical Excellence in pelvic
floor rehabilitation.
Again, we are excited and humbled by the opportunity to serve our communities with one-on-one care with a doctor of physical therapy each and every session.
