Ally Hall
Clinic Director | PT | DPT | TDN
Ally was born and raised in Birmingham, AL where she graduated from John Carroll Catholic High School in 2017. She grew up playing soccer and basketball. She played club soccer for 8 years. Upon graduation from high school, Ally received early acceptance into the University of South Alabama’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. While at South she was an active member of the Chi Omega sorority and representative for the Student Government Association. She graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in psychology.
Ally furthered her education attending physical therapy school at South where she graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy in May of 2024. During PT school, she was inducted into Alpha Eta, an honor society for healthcare professionals and served as her class vice-president. Ally is excited to join the Refine team following her time here as a student. While in PT school she was challenged to train for a half marathon with her classmates and she found a new love for running.
Ally enjoys staying active through running, trying any new sport (currently giving golf a try), hiking and playing pickleball. She loves living near the beach and you can find her there almost any day that is sunny and she is free. She looks forward to serving the Daphne community and empowering her patients to reach their goals.
