Injury prevention is a bit of a misnomer. No one can truly prevent injury due to injuries often being multi-factorial in nature. However, it is a true statement that the likelihood of injury can be reduced. Every activity or sport requires certain prerequisite movements/strength/stability. At Refine PT and Performance, we perform full assessments related to your activity or sport and implement a plan of care to address your deficits to reduce your risk of injury.
