We are currently In-Network with the following insurance providers:

• BlueCross BlueShield
• Medicare
• Certified Tri-Care Provider
• Select Worker’s Compensation Insurances

We are not in-network with all insurances, so that we can provide one-on-one care to all of our patients. This does not mean that we cannot treat you if you are out-of-network! We do offer options for those that are out-of-network with us.

• We file your payment to go towards your out-of-network benefits.
• We offer an affordable cash rate to allow you to still see us.

If we submit your payment to go towards your out-of-network benefits, you will first have to meet your out-of-network deductible before insurance begins to help with payment. If you are unsure of your out-of-network benefits for physical therapy, we can look up these benefits for you.

If you decide to pay the affordable cash rate, you may get reimbursed for a portion of the visit cost by submitting the appropriate paperwork to your insurance. We would love to help you with this if you decide to come to Refine PT and Performance!

In the State of Alabama, you DO NOT have to have a referral to be seen by a physical therapist for an initial examination or for health/wellness services. You will have to have a referral to be treated in follow-up sessions by your physical therapist with a couple of exceptions. If you have any questions about this, please let us know!
