Meet Our Team
Logan Blake
PT | DPT | MS | Cert-CMFA | FDN
Logan was born and raised in Huntsville, AL where he attended Buckhorn High School as the oldest of four boys. In high school, Logan played football, basketball, and tennis. While playing sports year-round, Logan spent plenty of time in the athletic trainer’s room where he developed a fascination for the human body and its potential to heal, overcome, and thrive.
After graduating high school in 2014, Logan attended Auburn University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Sports Coaching. Logan was an Auburn University Cheerleader for 3 years, serving as Co-Captain his senior year. During his time at Auburn, he also served on the leadership team for Fellowship of Christian Athletes. After graduating in 2018, Logan pursued a Master of Science in Exercise Science with a focus in Biomechanics at Auburn University and worked as the graduate assistant to the nationally ranked Auburn Gymnastics program during the 2018-2019 season. Upon finishing his master’s degree, Logan pursued his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences-Austin, TX, graduating in 2022.
Logan picked up Olympic weightlifting as a tool to train for cheerleading. During physical therapy school, Logan transitioned to CrossFit to improve his fitness and well-roundedness and to satisfy his competitive drive. Logan is passionate about getting people strong and moving well so that they can accomplish more than they ever thought they could. Logan is certified in the clinical management of fitness athletes through the Institute of Clinical Excellence.
During his time at Auburn, Logan met his wife Morgan and now has a son named Shepherd and collie named Thach. In his free time, he loves doing all things fitness and spending time with his family and friends.
MORGAN BLAKE
PT | DPT | CSCS | PELVIC FLOOR/WOMEN’S HEALTH
Moe is originally from Prattville, Alabama but has made her grand tour of the Southeast over the last decade. She completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Auburn in 2019. The summer she served as a Camp War Eagle counselor at Auburn she met her husband, Logan (yes, Dr. Logan seen above), who was serving as head cheerleader at the time. It was also during her studies at Auburn that she became passionate about studying human physiology and the impact exercise has on a cellular level. She then made what she lovingly calls a ‘mission trip’ from Auburn to Tuscaloosa to complete her Master’s in Exercise Physiology at The University of Alabama, where she performed human research primarily in blood flow restriction training.
From Tuscaloosa, she moved to Columbia, South Carolina to start her Ph.D. in Exercise Oncology working in a physical therapy clinic with patients who were undergoing or recently completed cancer treatment. It was during this time that Moe felt called out of research and into patient treatment.
In 2022, Logan graduated PT school, the two got married, moved to Daphne where Logan started working for Refine, and Moe started her own PT school journey (all within a six week span… talk about a whirlwind). Moe graduated from PT school in 2024 and now treats primarily pelvic floor patients, a passion she discovered while pregnant with her first child, Shepherd. Moe believes firmly that pelvic floor PT should be a mainstay in women’s healthcare. Moe’s favorite hobbies include taking Shepherd and Thach (their collie) on morning runs, CrossFit with their friends and family, and beating Logan at Scrabble.
