Daphne Location

The Daphne Location has moved! We are now located in the front building of the No Off-Season (NOS) Training Facility on Friendship Road (25620 Friendship Road, Daphne AL 36526). We hope to see you soon!

Traveling South on 98 from I10:

  • Turn Left onto County Road 64
  • Continue Straight through light at the intersection with Pollard Road.
  • Turn Right onto Friendship Road
  • Our Refine PT and Performance Building will be about 100 yards on the Left after Blueprint Training.
  • If you make it to Jonesboro Road, you’ve gone too far.

Traveling South on 181:

  • Turn R onto County Road 64
  • Continue straight through the roundabout.
  • Turn L onto Friendship Road (if you make it to the intersection of Pollard Road, you’ve gone too far).
  • Our Refine PT and Performance Building will be about 100 yards on the Left after Blueprint Training.
  • If you make it to Jonesboro Road, you’ve gone too far.

Foley Location

Starting in January of 2025, we now have a location in Foley, AL! The official location is 309 W Laurel Avenue, Foley, AL 36535, in the far left of the building when you enter. Our Building is directly across the road from Foley Middle School. We are connected to Sunlife Wellness and Hydration.

Traveling South on 59:

  • Turn Right onto W Laurel Ave at the intersect of the Foley Welcome Center and right after the Hotel Magnolia Restaurant. If you pass the Book Exchange, you have gone too far.
  • Remain straight through two traffic lights, and then quickly turn L into the parking Lot. There is parking on the side and in the back of the building.
  • If you pass the Middle School on your R, then you have gone too far.

Traveling North on 59:

  • Turn L onto W Laurel Ave at the intersection of the Foley Welcome Center and the Book Exchange. If you reach the John B Foley Park, you’ve gone too far.
  • Remain straight through two traffic lights, and then quickly turn L into the parking Lot. There is parking on the side and in the back of the building.
  • If you pass the Middle School on your R, then you have gone too far.

Traveling South on 98:

  • Follow 98 S through Magnolia Springs towards 59.
  • Continue straight until you reach Foley Middle School, then Refine PT and Performance Foley is on your R.
  • If you reach Mamma Mia Pizzeria, you’ve gone too far.
