The Daphne Location has moved! We are now located in the front building of the No Off-Season (NOS) Training Facility on Friendship Road (25620 Friendship Road, Daphne AL 36526). We hope to see you soon!

Traveling South on 98 from I10:

Turn Left onto County Road 64
Continue Straight through light at the intersection with Pollard Road.
Turn Right onto Friendship Road
Our Refine PT and Performance Building will be about 100 yards on the Left after Blueprint Training.
If you make it to Jonesboro Road, you’ve gone too far.

Traveling South on 181:

Turn R onto County Road 64
Continue straight through the roundabout.
Turn L onto Friendship Road (if you make it to the intersection of Pollard Road, you’ve gone too far).
Our Refine PT and Performance Building will be about 100 yards on the Left after Blueprint Training.
If you make it to Jonesboro Road, you’ve gone too far.

Mobile Location

The Refine PT and Performance Mobile clinic is located at 108 S Florida Street, in Mobile, AL, right past the railroad tracks and next to the old Whistle Stop Cafe. It is attached to Thrive Performance Training and Wellness. Below are steps from East or West of the clinic to help you find your way.

Traveling West on I-10:

Take exit 25B onto Virginia St.
Turn right onto Houston St.
Turn left onto Old Government St.
Take a slight left onto Airport Blvd
Turn right onto Mt Island Dr. W
Continue onto S Florida St.
Go past Emogene St.
Look for Refine PT Performance on the left connected to Thrive Performance Training and Wellness

Traveling East on Airport Blvd:

If coming from I-65, take Exit 3 onto Airport Blvd
Turn left onto S Florida St.
Go past Emogene St.
Look for Refine PT Performance on the left connected to Thrive Performance Training and Wellness

Traveling East on Dauphin St.

If coming from I-65, take Exit 4 onto Dauphin St.
Turn right onto S Florida St.
Go past the train tracks
Look for Refine PT and Performance on the right connected to Thrive Performance Training and Wellness

If you are familiar with the area, The Refine PT and Performance Decatur location is located within RedX Fitness Decatur, at 1111 Knight St. SE Decatur, AL 35601. Below are generalized steps based on where you could be coming from.

Traveling East on the Beltline

Turn left at the intersection of Beltline Road and 6^th Avenue SE
Travel approximately ¼ mile then turn left onto Knight Street (just past Burger King)
Turn left into the parking lot of RedX Fitness
Refine PT and Performance is located to the left of the main entrance

Traveling West on the Point Mallard Parkway

Turn right at the intersection of Point Mallard Parkway and 6^th Avenue SE
Travel approximately ¼ mile then turn left onto Knight Street (just past Burger King)
Turn left into the parking lot of RedX Fitness
Refine PT and Performance is located to the left of the main entrance

Traveling South on 6^th Avenue SE (Highway 31)

From the river bridge, continue south on 6^th Avenue through downtown for approximately 3 miles
Turn right onto Knight Street just past Shumake Furniture Company
Turn left into the parking lot of RedX Fitness
Refine PT and Performance is located to the left of the main entrance

Traveling North on 6^th Avenue SE (Highway 31)

Continue straight through the intersection of Highway 31 and Beltline Road
Travel approximately ¼ mile then turn left onto Knight Street (just past Burger King)
Turn left into the parking lot of RedX Fitness
Refine PT and Performance is located to the left of the main entrance
